TRUSS Binari Digital

For people who already have a workspace

Which workspace is yours?

Every customer gets their own TRUSS, at its own web address. Nothing crosses between them — not a record, not a setting, not even a cookie. So before we can send you anywhere, we need to know which one is yours.

It is the first part of your workspace's address. If you sign in at acme.truss.binari.digital, your workspace name is acme.

.truss.binari.digital

Continue takes you to that address, and from there to the sign-in service that runs your workspace — today that page is served from auth.bridgeintelligence.cloud, so do not be alarmed when the address changes. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere until you press Continue.

If you do not know it

Three places the name is, in the order worth trying.

Ask whoever set it up

Somebody in your organisation brought TRUSS in and chose that name. They can tell you in one word. It is usually the short version of your company's name.

Look in your own browser

If you have signed in before, your browser remembers even if you do not. Start typing truss into the address bar and see what it offers you.

Write to us, last

We can point you at the right door. We will not confirm by email whether a particular company uses TRUSS, or who works there — expect to be asked to prove who you are first. legal@binari.digital

This page does not check whether your workspace exists. It cannot — it is served by a machine that has no route to the platform on purpose — and it would not tell you if it could. A page that answered “yes, that company is a customer” would be a directory of our customers that anyone could read, one guess at a time. Get the name wrong and the far end says so, after it knows who is asking — today it says so bluntly, as a line of machine-readable text rather than a friendly page.

And the other door

There is still no sign-up button.

This page cannot create a workspace, and no other page can either. Logging in successfully somewhere else does not make you somebody TRUSS knows: a person is written down first, by name, and only then can they get in.

That is slower for us and less convenient for you, and it is the point. “Who is allowed to do this?” only has an answer if somebody decided it in advance. Nobody arrives here by accident.

TRUSS is early, and every deployment so far started as a conversation about one specific problem. If that is you, tell us what you keep track of and what keeps going wrong — a far better first message than a form.
